how do i get my prophecies caharcter to shang jea....ive dont a few quests already with my Propheices but i want to go to the festival area

Talk to the normal guy that allows you to go from the docks outside The Marketplace to Shing Jea. Same as if you were to get to the island from the mainland without mapping.
